Recruitment process

We take your request as a challenge, and by means of a checklist, make further investigations until we have a clear understanding of your requirements. This serves as the basis for our search to find the employees who best match the requirements.

In addition to the technical/specialist requirements, we also take your wishes into account concerning the type of contract (external, internal), working times, soft skills, and other specific requirements.

In the first step, we search the experts we have selected in our expert pool. Each one of these is a key player in his/her field – tried and tested in numerous project assignments and rigorously checked by us

We then post your request anonymously in our own online job portal. Hundreds of applicants access this portal each day and actively apply for projects that interest them.

Furthermore, we will also place announcements in the major online sources, if required.
We then qualify the key information of the identified candidates, such as current CV, references, pre-negotiation of salary/rates, and so on.

If the applicant is a new contact from outside our network, we invite this candidate to attend a personal interview, if possible, in which we check whether he/she meets the specific technical/specialist requirements.

Your personal account manager and his/her team are responsible for making the final selection of suitable candidates.
We then hand over the key aspects of the verified and suitable candidates’ profiles to you for pre-selection.
You decide whether there are any interesting candidates you would like to meet. We then arrange, conduct and moderate an interview for you.

If this goes well, we contract the relevant candidate and deploy him/her on the required starting date.

We guarantee the quality of our staff and will replace an employee immediately if he/she is unable to complete a particular project.
