Project management

Organisations work to achieve defined objectives. Work is carried out in operative business and in projects, although the two areas do sometimes overlap. Since operations and projects have different objectives, this often creates a vacuum that cannot always be filled by the given resources.

It is generally agreed that successful projects are the product of creativity and imagination on the one hand, and a strategic, pragmatic approach on the other hand.
In our view, the major attributes for fulfilling project requirements are the use of broad knowledge coupled with the right tools, skills and methods.

We base our actions on standards for ensuring a high degree of transparency, process discipline and a clearly defined code of ethics.
